Tennessee

One of our favorite stops on our road trips is always when we can see family or friends along the way. This trip was even more special because we had 2 additional travel companions with us. No, not our in-laws. That was the 2009 trip. This trip we brought our nephew Eli with us and then we stopped in Tennessee to pick up Megan's best friend Emma, who had moved back home half-way through the 2011-12 school year.
One of the tenderest moments was when we parked in front of Emma's house and Megan started crying because she was so close to seeing her best friend.
